Neil from Totally Truro talks about invisible technology

We worked closely with Totally Truro to implement Cloud Technology as part of our ProSupport Contract which provided them with six licenses for Microsoft Office 365 so they could operate flexibly and remotely enabling staff to be at home, in the field or in the office.  In addition with 'ProSupport' our team ensured that data was secure, with a robust, managed backup process that reduced the impact of any downtime and data loss.

Read our interview below with Neil Scott, BID Manager at Totally Truro, following our 'invisible cloud project'.

Sarah (NCI):

"Hi Neil, I hope you're well?. I’m calling to hear how you have got on with the new cloud technologies in place and your views on our service overall."

Neil (Totally Truro):

"Hi, thanks Sarah.  Well, the first thing we noticed is that it’s invisible, invisible in a good way though," he laughs.  "Basically it’s no hassle.  We need systems that work and NCI provide a very professional set-up that is responsive and helpful.  Anything we have needed, and any queries we had have been dealt with by your technical support quickly and effectively plus, you don’t make us feel like idiots whatever our question.  We’re not technical, so it’s great to be put at ease and speak to someone who knows how to help.

Sarah (NCI):
