How Microsoft Teams is making our Sales Team the Super Team!

We all know that feeling when a job runs on longer than anticipated and you should already be at a meeting an hour away. Well never fear there is always Microsoft Teams to save the day!

Our Sales Executive James Scott found himself in this predicament the other day while enjoying life out on the road.

‘Due to an Open Reach issue I had to pay a customer an on-site visit in Plymouth. Due to the appointment over running I found myself late to the next customer meeting. There was no way to make it back to the office in time and I couldn’t face letting the customer down. With quick thinking I was able to setup a Microsoft Teams meeting with the customer in St.Ives as well as a customer in Worcester while sitting in one of our NCI Technologies vans in Plymouth! All thanks to my available tech, a mobile hotspot and Microsoft Teams I fulfilled the appointment and the customer was kept happy. Result!’
